Volunteers

Donner Swim Club relies on parents and coaches working together to be successful. 

All parents/guardians, regardless of their child's participation in a meet, or  the child's age, are required to work meet sessions.  The income from the hosted meets is used to offset coaches salaries, pool equipment, and other club costs.  Volunteer hours directly impact the annual dues.

Meet sign-ups are placed on the bulletin boards at North HS, approximately 2 weeks before the meet.  Please take time to add your name to the task for which you wish to volunteer.  More information about the tasks are documented in the meet volunteer opportunities below.  In addition, concessions and hospitality will post what items are needed for the meet. on a trifold in the pool lobby.  Please take a post it and return the item to the pool the day before the meet.

If you have additional volunteer questions, please direct them to the vice presidents of the board.  They are in charge of volunteer recruitment.
