03/05/2010:

IMPORTANT DIVISIONAL INFORMATION - REMINDERS

* Main Entrance to the pool is on the East Side of the High School Only!!!
* Please park on the East Side of the building- Overflow of parking can park on the South Side.
* No one will be allowed to enter the building until 3pm or after. Per the school policy, we are not allowed to have anyone in the building until after 3pm.
* Please be mindful of the high school students leaving the parking lot at 3pm. There will be lots of traffic, please be careful.
* Swimmers will need to go through the locker rooms for access to the pool deck. Only Coaches and Officials will be allowed to enter through the pool doors that go directly onto the deck.
* Coaches please make sure you pick up your coaches bag and packet at the information table.

Age Group & Developmental kids will practice at North Pool for the rest of this week.

Swimmers tapering for Divisionals this weekend will finish up earlier than the above posted times.

LAST PRE-TEAM PRACTICE The last pre-team practice will be Thursday, March 11, 2010. This is the week before spring break.

Sign-up sheets for the 2010 Southern Divisional Championships in Jasper, IN on March 5-7, will be available at North Pool on Monday, February 22nd.

Completed forms will be due back on Wednesday, February 24th.

Due to the current weather conditions, Pre-team, Developmental and Age Group practices have been cancelled for tonight.

Senior swimmers can still come in at 3 p.m. and practice with the Boy Frogs. As always, use good judgment when venturing out into the snow.

Developmental AND Age Group swimmers will practice at NORTH today from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Schedule & Venue Changes for this coming Monday, Feb. 8th, 2010.

Pre-team: Cancelled, NO PRACTICE!

Age Group and Developmental will meet at their regularly scheduled times but at Northside Pool.

Senior Team Swimmers: Lane space will be available for you at Northside pool from 5-7 p.m.

These changes are necessary due to the re-scheduling of the Girls' High School Sectional Finals.

All additional sessions will be held per the times posted in the meet letter. WTSC has been in contact with Washington Township Facilities and there will be eleven trucks on the campus plowing the parking lots starting at 4:00AM in preparation for the meet. With their assurance the lots will be clear, the meet management committee has decided to hold tomorrow morning’s session as planned. As always we want all families to make their own decision on what is right for them and ask that everyone consider their safety before traveling to the meet. Message text
