Kastaway swimwear will be at North for team night. They will have practice suits, competition suits, goggles, warm-ups, and much more.

CLARIFICATION ON SENIOR TEAM COMMITMENT
A brief clarification from the coaching staff regarding Senior Team member commitment. Members of the Senior Team prior to short course 2010 (August 2010) will remain on the Senior Team, even if participating in a second sport. They are grandfathered in.

If your swimmer is planning on moving up team levels, please read the information on the Donner home page, or team structure page. To move up swimmers must have approval from both the current coach and next level coach, in addition to the noted requirements.

Tryout information has been posted on the Donner web-site. Please refer anyone interested in swimming club to the information.
A reminder to all returning swimmers that if you wish to compete, proof of birthdate is required by ISI. Please review the information on the Donner web-site, as to what is acceptable proof.

UPDATE ON FUTURE USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION
You may choose to bring a copy to the banquet, and we will collect, send a copy directly to Indiana Swimming, or wait until August to provide proof.
At the June Indiana Swimming Board of Directors meeting, a proposal was passed requiring proof of age for all swimmers 18 and Under. With all registrations beginning with the 2011 registration year (September 1, 2010), you must provide a copy of a birth certificate, passport or driver’s license with all registrations. If none of these documents can be provided, you can request information on alternative methods of proof. These can be mailed to the office, scanned and e-mailed to me, or hand delivered to the office. These copies will be shredded once I have documented receipt. You will only need to provide this information once.
If a swimmer refuses to produce this information, or until which time this proof is provided, the swimmer will have a PROBATIONARY registration. This means that they are registered with USA Swimming and all that entails. They cannot, however, compete in Indiana Swimming sanctioned competitions.

BANQUET POTLUCK REMINDER
Reminder the annual banquet is THIS WEDNESDAY, July 14, 6:30 p.m. at Donner Center.
Please bring a side dish or salad or fruit to share. The club will provide the main course, plates and place settings.
We will be recognizing ALL Donner swimmers, hold board elections, and a family evening swim. This event is for Donner swimmers and their family members.
